The HKIHRM Job Creation Scheme ("JCS") in collaboration with the Civil Service Bureau (“CSB”), is one of the job creation schemes under the Anti-epidemic Fund (“AEF”) of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Riding on the success and enthusiastic response of JCS 2.0, JCS 3.0 aims at alleviating unemployment caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the anti-epidemic measures, through creating 1,540 time-limited jobs of different skill sets and academic qualifications for Groups B and C.
