Group A Requirements:

​Eligible Employee
  • Be aged 18 years old or above

  • A HKSAR resident with a valid HKID Card

  • ≥ 6 months of working experience, whether full-time or part-time

  • Possesses an academic qualification equivalent to or above Diploma level from a local or overseas tertiary educational institution

Eligible Position

Group A Requirements:

  • Must be a new job role created by the Applicant Employer on or after 
    1 April 2021

  • Is recruited from the open labour market on a fair and transparent basis

  • Can be in any job functions under full-time employment and is expected to be ongoing for at least 12 months

  • Is paid with a fixed monthly salary

  • With eligible employee(s) reported for duty on or after 1 April 2021 for the position(s), occupying the position(s) and incurring staff cost on or after 1 June 2022; OR the recruitment for eligible employee(s) is in progress
